The inception of LAUNTHER dates back to 2020 when our CEO, Ilie Popa, at the time, owner of Executive Fashion, a Dutch boutique leather streetwear, envisioned expanding his collections, noticed the limitations of this fabric versatility to cover more fashion items, fron textures of leather limitations, as well colours, unsustainable tanning and not being able to wash properly. 

In a surprising turn of events, the Indian partner demonstrated an extraordinary expertise in leather tanning and unveiled a well-kept family secret.  This revelation showcased their ability to wash leather at high temperatures, using a formula based on tanning using vegetable extracts. Impressed by this breakthrough, Ilie Popa, together with the Indian partner and employees, guided by European specialists, took over the Indian tannery and established as well a factory for shoes, clothing, and fashion accessories. 

This venture marked the birth of Hiphers Ltd in early 2024, a company structured and supervised operations by European team. committed to European standards of quality, and enhances efficiency, facilitating transparent export procedures at significantly lower costs compared to competitors.
